We have once been where you are! So we know what it's like... So yes, we are an established, experienced and friendly specialist student accommodation provider. We are pretty certain that we are the only student meeting company in Port Elizabeth for focus 100% on lovely, funky, high quality student accommodation.

Costs
We are always upfront, nothing is hidden!
Deposits
All deposits need to be paid before you able to move in.The deposit is 1 months rental.
Rental & Living costs
Our rental costs is R2450 per month.*this include Water, Electricity (R500pm), DSTV, Uncapped WIFI Internet in your room, Fully Furnished apartment, Weekly cleaning service

How do you secure a room with us?
IT'S REALLY REALLY EASY
1. Contact us to setup and appointment to view2. If you happy, we check your student card and ID document.
3. You read through the contracts and once you are happy and it's signed, we provisionally reserve it for you
4. Once the deposit has been paid and you provided us with proof of payment, you are now part of the family.
